Our Wellness Program is a holistic approach to our residents’ health that concentrates on the mind, body, spirit, and community. We provide many personalized and group opportunities, such as joyful movement, rejuvenating therapies, spa experiences, events to strengthen community connections, activities that cultivate curiosity and intellectual growth, and spaces and occasions to explore creativity.
From cardio equipment to weight machines, there’s something for every fitness level at our state-of-the-art Fitness Center. Personal trainers are available to help safely guide our residents to their individualized wellness goals. And group fitness classes help support the spirit of community while encouraging residents to socialize while exercising.
FIND A HOME WITH ELITE
Our onsite Salon & Spa is ready to reward and pamper. Residents can relax and refresh with a spa day complete with a signature massage or body treatment. They can enjoy a trip to our salon for a cut, color, and style. And if they want the full luxury treatment, they can combine the above and add a manicure and pedicure, leaving them looking and feeling rejuvenated.
Providing an onsite clinic is essential to our wellness program. Our Wellness Center give residents a safe place to schedule time with our physical therapists and meet with various visiting specialists, clinicians, and other health care professionals.
